At The Rising Sun 723, we take pride in delivering high-quality services, digital products, and custom items. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have a strict no-refund policy, with limited exceptions as outlined below.
🔮 Personal Services (Readings, Coaching, & Healing Sessions)
✔ Cancellations: Written notice must be provided at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule at no additional cost.
✔ No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, your payment will not be refunded. To rebook, you must pay 50% of the original service fee before scheduling a new session.
✔ Rescheduling: If you provide 72+ hours' notice, you may reschedule your session without any extra fees.
📥 Digital Products (Downloads, Courses, & Meditations)
✔ All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable content, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

📦 Gigi’s Creations – Custom Jewelry & Accessories (Phone Cases, Bracelets, etc.)
✔ No Refunds – Replacement Only: Since all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement.
✔ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to send the damaged item back for repair or replacement.
✔ Item Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused, with proof of purchase.
✔ Request a Replacement: To initiate a replacement request, please email [your email] with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

- Email info@therisingsun723.com with photos of the defective item and your order number.
- If approved, return the item (customer covers shipping).
- Once received, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.
📦 Shipping Returns & Exchanges
✔ Customers must pay for return shipping on all physical product exchanges.
✔ If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
✔ We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if tracking is not used.
