The Perfect Moment … is now

Let’s talk before the solar eclipse and New Moon hit on the 29th.

Because right now? The energy is wild.

We’ve got Venus retrograde making you question your worth and relationships, Mercury retrograde creeping in ready to mess with your plans—and the Universe is basically screaming:


“Are you gonna move, or nah?”


So let me ask you something real:

Are you actually showing up for what you keep saying you want?

Or are you waiting for some magical “perfect” moment to fall out of the sky while your dreams collect dust?


Because listen…

How many times have you told yourself, “I’m gonna do it”?


Not once.

Not twice.

But maybe eight… nine… TEN damn times.

And you still haven’t moved.


I’m not saying you need to jump and fail just to say you did something.

But what I am saying is: you need to trust yourself enough to actually start.

And yeah, that trust might feel shaky. I get it. I’ve been there.

I used to wait for the vibe to be right, the moon to be in my favor, and all the signs to align like it was a cosmic green light parade.


But what I realized?

The “perfect moment” is just the moment you DECIDE to move—messy or not.


And if you’re having trouble trusting yourself, it might be deeper than mindset. It might be your nervous system.

Once I started telling my body it was safe to move forward—even if I didn’t fully believe it at first—everything started shifting.

3 Ways to Reprogram Your Nervous System (So You Can Finally Stop Self-Sabotaging):

1. Speak safety into your system.

Say this out loud, like you mean it:

“I am safe. I trust myself. I move forward even if it’s messy.”

Repetition builds belief.

2. Breathe like your peace depends on it.

Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6.

Do it every day. It regulates your body so you’re not out here mistaking fear for intuition.

3. Move even if it’s not perfect.

Take one step. One DM. One listing. One post.

Tiny, aligned action builds momentum. You don’t have to know everything—you just have to start.
