Cancer is water. It’s emotional but strong as hell. It’s the sign of the mother, the home, the protector, and the parts of you that were never held the way they should’ve been. This moon isn’t here to gently guide you. It’s here to redirect you. Back to the places that feel like home. Back to what actually supports you. Back to what your inner child’s been begging for while you’ve been busy taking care of everyone else.

Take a spiritual bath. Use sea salt, rose petals, a few drops of your favorite oil. Cancer is ruled by the Moon and by water, so when you soak, you release.
Light a candle for your home and lineage. Say out loud, “I release any patterns that made me believe love requires self-sacrifice.” You can write your own version if that one doesn’t hit.
Write a letter or voice memo to your inner child. Let them know they are safe. Let them know you’ve got them now.
Make a list of everything you’re no longer emotionally responsible for. Friends, family, expectations, guilt. Burn it if you need to. Get it out of your body.
